Abstract

Variety offunctional and structural abnormalities in the motion organ are often the cause of many diseases of civilization. The occurrence is usually related to the improper lifestyle and lack of exercise and obesity are major causes of degenerative changes. Number of patients with such ailments is grow-ing rapidly. It is concluded that 80% of the population of Europe as both age and post-production suj: fers from pain syndromes. In recent decades, as one of the methods in the treatment of patients with pain began to use various types of laser biostimulation. Lasers are used in virtually any rehabilitation center. This new because the numbering less than 50 years of physiotherapy method ens applied, inter alia, in orthopedics, neurology and sports medicine. Aim of this study is to review the current literature on the use and usability biostimulation laser radiation in physiotherapy. Work is also closer to the principles of biostimulation laser radiation on the human body. The authors, out of the general de-scription of the physical and biological action of the laser beam, and practical guidance for use in phy- _ siotherapy revealed the existing scientific reports assessing the usefulness of this method. In the availa-ble publications in this field, many authors present the positive effects of laser radiation on sickness in various units. Some scholars have noticed the positive ejects of laser stimulation. There are no clear recommendations for dosing methodologies and laser treatments can cause lack of positive therapeutic effects. You can also suggest the hypothesis that there are unknown mechanisms of action of a laser does not allow a credible and irrefutable consider this method as an effective means of therapeutic in-tervention. Without a scientific review of clinical laser biostimulation, the results obtained by the re-searchers will be inconclusive.
