Twenty years of work of the Clinical Department of Rehabilitation District Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów

Abstract

The paper presents the twenty-year history of the Rehabilitation Department of the Wojewédzki Hospital No. 2 In Rzeszow. It was the first ward opened in January 1989 in the new Wojewddzki Hospital It has been built for nearly 20 years, thus initiating the work of this modern one hospital in an extremely difficult period in Polish history. The base of the department was described, as well as part of the equipment, staff development and the current status, achievements in the field of training specialists for the needs of rehabilitation and work organization in the ward and hospital. The activity of the scientist conducting nq by the employees of the (kinetic) department, its main fields of study, student education and cooperation with Unversity of Rzeszow.
