Hospital physiotherapy of patients with pertrochanteric femur fractures undergoing surgical treatment with the use of Ender method
Abstract
The authors of the paper show the surgical treatment method with the use of Ender bars as well as the physiotherapy procedure used in a ward in patients with pertrochanteric fractures of the femur. Pertrochanteric fractures occur in most elderly people suffering from disorders of the motor organs, internal, osteoporosis and intellectual impairment. Surgical treatment is by choice in this age group. To improve the patient’s condition, we must determine the stability of the fracture which allows an early bringing of the patient to stand up and walk again after surgery.
