Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate mRNA of CD43 of patients with Lyme borreliosis. Investigations conducted at patients with Lyme boreliosis did not show the essential differences in expression both the mRNA the PSGL-1 how and mRNA CD 43 in neutrophils. However we affirmed the essential growth the soluble PSGL-1 in serum of the patients with Lyme boreliosis. The growth observed in own investigations of concentration of soluble forms the PSGL across it blocking on neutrophils specific ligand it can lead to set – back of inflammatory.
