Abstract
Relationship between body mass and height and factors: region, urbanization, parents origin and education, birth order, number of children, family type and living standard, child’s physical activity has been investigated. The regression analysis shows correlations between the operands, the analysis of variance appears the significance of every factor separately and the order of their importance. The strongest factors modifying children development are the family size and parents education.
