Abstract

Parsonage-Turner syndrome is a rare clinical syndrome sometimes creating a big diagnostic problems and a bilateral syndrome occurs particularly rare. Considering lack of causual treatment exists necessity of indywidual choice and regular improvement of therapeutic process. In the paper were presented diagnostics problems and obtained results of different forms of treatment in bilateral syndrome. In the treatment was applicated pharmacotherapy, kinesitherapy connected with physical procedures (classical massage, electrostimulation, heating with sollux, magnetotherapy) which allows to create a optimal conditions for nerves regeneration and for regaining a better muscles funtion. In the evaluation of treatment result also were used traditional eletrodiagnostics methods, which easily can be perform in each physiotherapy workshop.
